Dr. Ashraf completed his ophthalmology residency at George Washington University. He then pursued a prestigious Fellowship in Corneal and Refractive Surgery at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins University, one of the world's premier institutions for ophthalmic research and patient care.
